29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 1/24/2018, in the transfer loading area at 7515 Industrial Blvd, Macon, GA: Employees walking, working, and operating powered industrial truck (PIT's) near the unprotected sides and edges of the transfer lower trailer bay area were exposed to a fall hazard at about four (4)feet six (6)to ground level. The employer failed to protect the employees from fall hazard.
