29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about January 12, 2018, at 238 Blanca Isles, Jupiter, FL, 33458, the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite where employees who installed waterproofing material on a roof with a pitch ranging between 5:12 to 7:12 were exposed to falling approximately 11-feet to ground level.
