OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards of being struck-by and crushed-by industrial storage racks that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) This violation occurred on or about January 10, 2018, and at times prior thereto; storage racks were not bolted to the floor and secured, exposing employees to the struck-by and crushed-by hazards from the storage racks collapse. a. Storage rack at Premier storage area. b. Storage rack at Kpak wall and APPC wall area. c. Storage rack at Kpak and Aikpak walls area. d. Storage rack toward compressor area.
