29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: Adjacent to the Heparin Area, employees were exposed to fire, smoke, and electrical shock hazards in that a junction box located below the elevated walkway surrounding tanks in the Heparin Area, was not covered or enclosed to prevent the entry and accumulation of moisture and liquid around live parts.
