29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): All sprocket wheels and chains, less than seven (7) feet above the floor or platform, were not enclosed: a) Clear Lake Lumber, Inc., end of outfeed rollers from vertical saw. The sprockets and chains, used to drive the live roller conveyer were not guarded to protect employees from caught-by hazards created by the moving parts. The sprockets and chains were located approximately 2 feet above the platform.
