29 CFR 1910.67(b)(1): Aerial lifts in use in the workplace were not designed and constructed in conformance with the applicable requirements of the American National Standard for "Vehicle Mounted Elevating and Rotating Work Platforms," ANSI A92.2 - 1969: On or about December 11, 2017, the structural integrity of the company's Snorkel articulating lift (Model # TB - A60RDz, Serial # 984759) was compromised. The top rail of the man basket was altered/damaged thus potentially reducing the weight limitation of the component.
