29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she could contact any unguarded, energized overhead line: a) On or about December 11, 2017, at a jobsite located at 1309 Milton Street in Clearwater, FL, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard, in that, he was working from a ladder that was placed within inches from an energized secondary 120v / 240v power line and approximately 7 to 8 feet from an energized 7,200v primary power line. The employee was holding a gas operated pole saw that made contact with a power line.
