29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Trinity Baptist Church, 410 Kline St., Weatherly, PA: Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on the steep slope church roof at heights of 13- 25 feet above the ground level without the use of fall protection, as observed on or about December 21, 2017.
