29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) On or about December 18, 2017, employees were exposed to eye injury while operating nail guns without the benefit of eye protection. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
