29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) 712 S. York Rd. Hatboro, PA - on or about December 15, 2017, employees engaged in residential framing operations were working on a steeply pitched roof, approximately 34 feet above grade, without utilizing any means of fall protection. New Homes Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1182305, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 26, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Block 14802 - Lot 896 Mimosa Court in Sicklerville, NJ. New Homes Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1040582, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 31, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 12 Montclaire Road Lot 19 in Medford, NJ.
