29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: 419 N. 10th Street, St. Louis: On 11/29/2017 an employee who sustained a workplace injury was taken to a hospital where he was admitted as an in-patient. The employee underwent extensive surgery on 11/30/2017 and the employee remained an in-patient until 12/04/2017. The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of the injured employee to any OSHA office within 24 hours. The employer contacted the St. Louis Area Office on 12/04/2017.
