29 CFR 1926.950(b)(1)(i): Each employee was not trained in, and familiar with, the safety-related work practices, safety procedures, and other safety requirements in this subpart that pertain to his or her job assignments. On or about December 2, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees were properly trained to perform work duties near energized electrical parts, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
