OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught-between, crushed by and fall hazards: a) 5311 CR Rd. 180, Marion Junction, AL 36759; On or about November 28, 2017, the employer allowed employee(s) to climb blade of a bulldozer and operate a Stihl HT 100 pole saw while standing on the blade while it was in operation exposing employee(s) to caught-between, crushed by and fall hazards.
