29 CFR 1926.50(c): A person who has a valid certificate in first-aid training was not available at the worksite to render first-aid. On or about 7 November 2017, and at times prior thereto, two employees were delivering new bundles of shingles to a residence under construction in Liberty Hill, Texas without Emergency Medical Services within 4 minutes away and without the crew being 1st Aid/CPR trained and certified.
