Section 5(a)(l) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of her employees a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to excessive heat while working indoors and outdoors: On or about June 30, 2017, employees performing residential moving tasks, such as but not limited to, loading and unloading residential moving trucks were exposed to excessive heat.
