29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a) Facility and at the Corporate Headquarters at 891 Georges Road, North Brunswick, NJ. The employer did not ensure that a general warehouse maintenance worker was trained in safety-related work practices for electrical work such as, but not limited to, changing emergency lighting fixtures. An employee performing such operations was electrocuted while working from a scissors lift to change an emergency lighting fixture for a new one. Violation occurred on or about 11/13/17.
