29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions were not immediately repaired or properly guarded before an employee used the walking-working surface: BHP worksite: On or about November 9, 2017, the employer did not ensure that hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces used by employees were repaired or guarded immediately. The wooden skid floor (dance floor) had several large cracks and floor grade differences which exposed employees to trip/fall hazards.
