29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a) Production Area; On or about November 7, 2017 the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that employees were allowed to work in areas where combustible dust had accumulated on overhead walls, purlins, duct work, equipment, and other exposed upper surfaces exceeding 1/4 inch in depth.
