29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a. 72 Bryant Court, Franklin Twp, NJ (Enclave at Canal Walk, Lot 3, Block 513.47) Employees engaged in the residential roofing activities were observed working from the top of the second story at heights greater than 20 feet and were not protected from falls by use of a safety net system, guard rail system, or a personal fall arrest system. Violation observed on or about November 1, 2017 CMNG, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 989571, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Hale Place Somerset, NJ 08873. (Repeat-Serious) CMNG, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 480745, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 64 Lafayette Road, Lot #222, Livingston, NJ.
