29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) On November 1, 20217 and time prior to employees were exposed to the point of operation of a rolling machine when operating the COMAC Model 305 HV Bending machine serial number 305115 in the small components fabrication shop area. The rolls which bend the parts under fabrication were not guarded by any method.
