OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushed-by hazards: a) Lumber Yard (Powered Industrial Trucks): On or about October 31, 2017, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that exposed employee(s) cleared the working area of before equipment such as but not limited to the John Deere JD540-B Skidder was in operation.
