29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(2): Ladders shall be maintained free of oil, grease, and other slipping hazards. On or about October 30, 2017, employees working from a low slope commercial roof at a height greater than six feet were doing so without fall protection. PHD Roof Doctors, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 987374, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 9/30/2014, and was affirmed final order on 10/2/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 15225 W. National Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151.
