29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): The employer did not ensure that there were no damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating: 900 Jeffco Executive Drive, Imperial, Hallway, Below the Administrative Office window: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employer permits employees to use an electrical outlet with apparent electrical hazards. On 10/30/2017 employees were exposed to electrical hazards where they used electrical outlet with a broken ground pin lodged in the lower receptacle.
