29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part. On or about October 26, 2017, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet. The employees were installing roofing materials on a new residential home located at 4170 Ivory Rose, Medina, Ohio 44256. The employer did not maintain a written safety and health fall protection program.
