29 CFR 1910.179(b)(6)(ii): Where passageways or walkways were provided, obstructions were so placed that the safety of personnel was jeopardized by movements of crane. On or about October 16, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure the walkway space in areas where employees operate an overhead crane with a handheld pendant were unobstructed. This exposed the employees to a struck and crushed by hazards.
