29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c): a) 327 N. 17th St., Philadelphia, PA 19103 - The employer did not ensure that employees working in an excavation in type B soil that was approximately 11.5 feet deep were protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system, thus exposing employees to struck-by and caught-in hazards. This condition was noted on or about October 20, 2017.
