29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form and scrap lumber with protruding nails, and all other debris, shall be kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that scrap lumber, protruding nails and other debris was kept clear in passageways throughout the jobsite; thus exposing the employees to impalement, trip and fall hazards. Condition was observed on or about 19 OCT 2017.
