29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): a) Construction site: On or about October 6, 2017, and at times prior, at 1679 Scenic Highway Snellville, GA 30078, the employer exposed employees to caught in between hazards in that no training was provided to employees while operating Skytrack telehandler forklift Serial Number 0160075903 to lift trusses to the roof.
