29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: On or about 10/11/2017 throughout the facility, where the employer expects all employees to fight incipient level fires with portable fire extinguishers, training was not provided to all employees. Employees were not knowledgeable on what their expectations were in case of a fire and were not knowledgeable on how to use portable fire extinguishers exposing them to potential smoke inhalation and burn hazards.
