This condition is excellent to the growth of fungus. Through this conditions the employees had allergies in the skin and problems with the respiratory systems due high conditions of humidity. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatements method to correct this hazard is repair the ciling of the school with roof seal and replace all the acustic panesl of the office. En la Escuela Rosa Costa Valdivieso - la oficina de administracion (primer piso), y en los siguientes salones de clase (primer piso) #7, 8, 9 y (segundo piso) #14, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28 - aproximadamente 25 empleados (incluyendo maestros y personal administrativo) estaba trabando en las areas deterioradas por la filtraciones de agua el techo y las paredes. Esta condicion es excelente para el crecimiento de hongos. Por estas condiciones los empleados tenian alergia en la piel y problemas con el sistema respiratorio por condiciones altas de humedad. entro otros metodos, un metodos factible y aceptable, para corregir este riesgo es sellar el techo de la escuela y reemplazar los paneles acusticos de la oficina.s
