29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): The forklift operator driver did not keep a clear view of the path of travel. b) On or about and prior to October 2, 2017, forklift operators would push multiple pallets of packaging material with the pallets of packaging material that was on the forks of the forklift which obstructed the view of the path in the direction they were travelling.
