29 CFR 1910.242(a): Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition: a) On September 26, 2017, the employer did not ensure the torque guns used on the assembly lines were in a safe condition to prevent employees from becoming injured. An employee was injured when their glove became wrapped up in the rotating part.
