29 CFR 1910.218(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not train personnel for the proper maintenance of forging machinery and equipment: a) On or about 10/02/17 in the Forging Department; employer did not provide training to the Team Leaders, who regularly perform inspection and maintenance on the forge machines, on recognizing the dangers of frequent tightening of the bolt securing the punch to the forge machine. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
