29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: (a) 3912 BRUMBAUGH ROAD, NEW ENTERPRISE, PA - An employee was transported from the worksite to the hospital where he was admitted on September 23, 2017, and the employer did not report the event to OSHA until September 27, 2017. No abatement certification or documentation required.
