29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A)(1): When an unqualified person was working in an elevated position near overhead lines with voltages to ground rated at 50 kV or below, the location was not such that the person and the longest conductive object he or she may contact cannot come closer than 10 feet (305 cm) to any unguarded, energized overhead line: a) An employee involved in tree trimming operations, while standing in the cage/platform of a Nifty lift 120T (12043), used an 11 feet, 4.5 inches long Husqvarna Pole Saw 525P5S within 10 feet of the 7.2 kV (7200-volt) overhead power lines located in the picnic area at 5931 Hammock Rd Sebring, FL, on or about September 26, 2017.
