29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) On top of the roof of a residential house at 4392 Club Drive, NE, Atlanta - Employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 27 feet in that the employees were not provided and using fall protection while they were working on the roof, in the process of removing roof sheathing/shingles, and discarding the waste within a container at the ground level.
