29 CFR 1910.272(k): Receiving pit feed openings in the grain handling facility, such as truck or railcar receiving pits, were not covered by grates: On September 19, 2017 and times prior thereto, at the worksite located at or near 913 East Jefferson Street in Siloam Springs, the receiving pit auger was not covered when processing ground oat hulls. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazards.
