29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: On or about September 19, 2017, on the workroom floor, mail handing equipment such as but not limited to: hampers, dollies and carts are being placed in aisle ways and passageways thereby blocking fire exit routes exposing employees to fire hazard. The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1214352, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20,2017 with respect to a workplace located at1800 Taraval St., San Francisco, CA 94116.
