Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
Section 5(A)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which were free from the recognized hazard of ejection causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: a) On or about September 8, 2017, and at times prior there to, employees were exposed to an ejection hazard while operating a Superior Broom road sweeper forklift truck without utilizing the safety belt.
