29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Adequate guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazards created by rotating parts: a) 739 Ramsey Avenue, Hillside, NJ site - Refrigerated Packaging Room: The vacuum packaging machine, plastic film conveyor with blades was not adequately guarded to prevent contact during operation. Condition noted on or about 9/15/17. Abeles & Heymann was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1083284, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 17, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 739 Ramsey Avenue, Hillside, NJ 07205.
