29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle: a) 6 Hadco Road Wilmington, DE - On or about September 11, 2017, the employer failed to guard the point of operation on the Niagara Hydraulic Press Brake in the production area of the facility. Employees engaged in bending of sheet metal were not protected from having their hands and fingers from entering the danger zone during the operating cycle. b) 6 Hadco Road Wilmington, DE - On or about September 11, 2017, the employer failed to guard the point of operation on the ACCUR 710010 Hydraulic Press Brake in the production area of the facility. Employees engaged in bending of sheet metal were not protected from having their hands and fingers from entering the danger zone during the operating cycle. c) 6 Hadco Road Wilmington, DE - On or about September 11, 2017, the employer failed to guard the point of operation on the ACCUR 7606 Advantage Hydraulic Press Brake in the production area of the facility. Employees engaged in bending of sheet metal were not protected from having their hands and fingers from entering the danger zone during the operating cycle.
