29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Lot 55 - Block 242.02, 76 Monmouth Court, Sewell NJ: Company employee was exposed to fall hazards (in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below) when performing roof sheathing installation, and other related activities, while working/walking from a pitched roof while not utilizing any form of fall protection. Condition noted on or about 09/12/17. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
