OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to crushing and amputation hazards due to loss of control when operating ride-on mowers on areas of excessive slope: (a) Worksite on Edwards Road near True, WV: On or about August 30, 2017 employees were operating ride-on mowers on slopes where the slope angles were unmeasured and excessive, exposing the employees to crushing and amputation hazards from loss of mower control or tip over.
