29 CFR 1910.147(c)(1): The employer did not establish an energy control program consisting of energy control procedures, employee training and periodic inspections to ensure that before any employee performed any servicing or maintenance on a machine or equipment where the unexpected energizing, start up or release of stored energy could occur and cause injury, the machine or equipment would be isolated and rendered inoperable. (a) Facility - On or about August 31, 2017 employer does not have a written energy control program that has equipment listed, specific lock out procedures to deenergize the equipment, person/s responsible for conducting periodic inspections and certification of training of affected and authorized employees that is related to their specific machinery.
