29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iv)(e): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the roll milling area of operation (front and back) from hazards such as those created at the point of operation, and ingoing nip points. Machine Shop: On or about August 25, 2017 the employer did not guard the bottom half of the Truss Roller. This condition exposed employees to a caught in between hazard.
