29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): 28 Bowditch Dr, Shrewsbury, MA On August 28, 2017 at times prior, employees operated a can crushing machine with inadequate guarding at the in- and out-feed ends of the machine. On August 23, 2017 an employee received a finger injury while operating the can crushing machine. Table Talk Pies was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951013, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 26, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Washington St, Worcester, MA.
