29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: a) On or about August 29, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to amputation and/or struck by hazards where the Lockout/Tagout program did not have specific procedures outlining steps to shut down, isolate, block and secure the Steston Ross planer.
