29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: On or about August 28, 2017, AFCS 200 operators (authorized employees) performing unjamming activities at the reject chute near the oversized culling drum were not trained in the purpose and use of energy control procedures. Operators clear jams by hand at the reject chute located right next to the oversized culling drum and are exposed to the hazard of being caught in hazards.
