29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure:(a) a) 50 Foundation Ave, Ward Hill, MA 01835, International Baker's Company, Inc. main room On or about May 25, 2017, the employer did not ensure that affected employees were instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure. An employee working on line 1 was not trained on the hazards associated with working on a dough rounder divider that can be locked out under an energy control procedure. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
