29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) In the cutting area, saw dust was allowed to accumulate around the saws, exposing employees to fire hazards. b) Throughout the facility, debris was allowed to accumulate all day, creating tripping hazards for employees.
